• A passport valid for at least 6 months (Passports older than 10 years are not accepted. At least 2 blank visa pages are required.)
• 2 biometric photos (3.5*4.5 cm, taken within the last 6 months)
• Hotel and flight reservations
• Travel health insurance (Will be arranged by us)
• Bank account statement, property deed, car registration, or other documents summarizing your financial situation.
• Trade fair ticket or document confirming your registration for the fair (for business trips).
• Photocopies of any import/export declarations to the Netherlands (if applicable).
• A photocopy of your ID.
• All company documents must be stamped and signed for tourist applications.
• A full family registration certificate is required for tourist applications.
• Consular fees must be paid in advance, and visa fees should be sent with the documents.
